Kibo

Kibo is a commercial cut-flower variety from German breeder Brandkamp. Chrysanthemums Direct are pleased to be the only nursery growing this wonderful variety in the UK. It is a reliable Chrysanthemum with a lovely, pure white incurved bloom. As Kibo has a shorter stem, it makes a perfect Chrysanthemum to grow in a pot, producing 10 - 12 blooms in September/October at around 80cm (2.5 feet) in height and will make a glorious display on a sunny patio.

After receiving your young plants, protect from frost. The plants should be potted on twice, with the final pot size being 23cms (9"). Use good quality potting compost, such as John Innes No. 3, and feed weekly with our tried and tested fertilizer, click here to order your fertilizer. Water moderately, keeping the compost just moist, and stake as necessary.
